In a hard-fought district matchup, the Lady Rough Riders hosted Azle on Tuesday, Mar. 5. Despite the Lady Hornets leading 2-0 in the first half, Saginaw displayed resilience. Junior captain Daisy Ruiz connected with senior captain Maddie Braden who put Saginaw on the board. Christion Hunter earned Player of the Game. Saginaw travels to face Granbury on Friday, Mar. 8 at 5:30 pm.
