The Rough Riders journeyed to The Colony on Friday, Oct. 27, opening the game strong with a 3-0 lead in the first quarter. However, penalties on crucial third downs allowed the Cougars to pull ahead, leading 21-3 by halftime. Although closing the gap to 21-10, a promising intercepted pass turned sour due to a foul, hampered their ability to close the gap. Saginaw's season concludes with a home game against South Hills on Friday, Nov. 3, as they are set to honor and celebrate Senior Night. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m.
