The Rough Riders took on Denton Ryan, a top 10 state-ranked opponent on Thursday, Sept. 15 in their second week of district play. Offensively Roman Morales had a good game at QB and Frankie Harris had some big catches from his wide receiver position. The defense was led by linebacker Caleb Lamas and linebacker Tyler Self. The Rough Riders will face their third straight state-ranked team, Aledo, next Friday, Sept. 23 at Rough Rider Stadium. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m.
