The Rough Riders helped kick off their football season with Midnight Madness on August 6 at Rough Rider Stadium. The event began with a community Neon Night Tailgate followed by an inner squad scrimmage. "This was our inaugural Midnight Madness event," said Coach Peters. "It was a huge success for our team, our boosters, and our community. The team put on a great show, and we had a big crowd in attendance to cheer them on. We are excited to get the season underway!" Saginaw will host Western Hills and Chisholm Trail in scrimmages on August 12 and 18. They will travel to Boswell on August 26 for the Battle of the Wagon Wheel. The Rough Riders begin district play on Friday, September 9 versus Burleson Centennial. Good luck on your season Rough Riders!
