Saginaw tennis traveled to Brewer on Tuesday, Sept. 13 for their third district match of the fall season. The Rough Riders had a heartbreaking loss to Brewer. Five matches went to tiebreaks and unfortunately, the team lost all five tiebreaks. "I am proud of this team for battling until the very end of each match," said Coach Phillips. "We have some work to do and we will hit the courts and work hard so we can achieve our goals." The Rough Riders will host two more district matches at their home tennis courts. They will compete against Azle on Tuesday, Sept. 20, and Wichita Falls Rider on Tuesday, Oct. 4. Both matches are set to begin at 4 p.m.
