Shawn Sparks
Coach Shawn Sparks is starting his first year at Saginaw and his 28th year overall. Sparks returns for his second stint as Offensive Coordinator having led the Rough Riders' offense during the 2014 and 2015 seasons. He completed his undergraduate degree at Tarleton State University (1997) and his Master’s in Education from Lamar University (2012). Sparks currently teaches Social Studies and will serve as an Assistant Track Coach in the spring.
His wife Carrie is also a coach in the district and all three of their children are Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD graduates.
